How to Cancel Your Pro Subscription
You can cancel your subscription at any time without having to call or email customer support:
- Sign in to your ResumeSkip account and open the 'Account' tab on your dashboard.
- Click 'Manage billing' to securely launch the Polar customer portal. (This button appears once you have an active Pro subscription. A 7-day pass is one-time and never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.)
- Click 'Cancel plan' and confirm.
- You will retain full Pro access until the end of your current billing period. You will never be charged again.

If you were charged for a renewal by mistake or are unsatisfied with your experience, contact us at [email protected] (or through the Contact page) within 7 days of purchase. We issue prompt, hassle-free refunds for unused or accidental charges.
