How Pricing, Usage Quotas, and Free Runs Work

Plan Overview
We believe in straightforward, transparent pricing without hidden fees or forced long-term lock-ins:
- Free Plan: 10 saved base resumes and 10 tailored resumes every 30 days. Every tailored resume downloads as Word (.docx), PDF, or plain text at no cost, in the Classic or Modern template. Your last 5 results stay in your workspace history.
- 7-Day Pass ($4.99 one-time): Full Pro access for 7 days: cover letters, interview prep, the History Quiz, all 7 templates, the full ATS match scorecard, unlimited runs, and multi-job batch tailoring. Never auto-renews.
- Pro Monthly ($9/month): Everything in the pass, ongoing, plus unlimited saved base resumes and full history. Cancel anytime.
- Pro Annual ($72/year): Save 33% versus paying monthly, with full Pro access for a year.
What Counts as a Run?
One run is one tailored resume. Cover letters and interview prep are Pro features and do not draw from the free run pool.
Editing an existing tailored resume, re-downloading files, or moving cards in the Application Tracker does not consume runs.
Earning Bonus Runs Through Referrals
Every account has a unique invite link on the dashboard. When a friend signs up with your link, both of you earn bonus tailoring runs. Bonus runs do not expire and are used up before your regular 30-day quota, so a busy month draws them down first.
