ResumeSkip

One person, tired of watching good candidates lose to worse formatting.

ResumeSkip exists because of a pattern that kept repeating with friends who were job hunting: an instant rejection, no human ever in the loop, for a role they were genuinely qualified for. Meanwhile other applicants with comparable experience were moving forward, not because they were better candidates, but because they had tailored their resume for the screening software instead of the person eventually reading it. The signal was getting lost in the format, not the substance.

ResumeSkip is the tool I wanted for that: rephrase and reorder real experience so it survives the filter, without inventing a single job, title, skill, or date.
